The Tetrix kitchen for Scavolini began with a desire to create an aesthetic with no horizons. We wanted to play with elements on horizontal axes and discover all the compositional possibilities they contained, approaching the kitchen from a completely fresh point of view. The result is a modular system built entirely around the logic of colour and geometry. Individual modules come in a wide range of geometric forms and are available in up to 25 glossy and 25 matt colours, meaning that no two Tetrix kitchens need look the same. You can choose a single colour across the entire composition, work in colour blocks across base units, wall units and tall units, or mix freely according to your own taste. The island follows the same logic, with the table top connecting to the worktop and a low containing module beneath that reinforces both the aesthetics and the functionality of the piece. The Tetrix is not a kitchen with a fixed identity. It is a system, and the identity belongs entirely to whoever is using it.
